possible that you may start skipping breakfast. Which is why I wanted to take
up this topic specifically.

preparation and with cracking the exam. Lol! That sounds cliché? However, it is

of the best things that I can advice you to bring into your routine. It is more
of a meditation where you focus on your breathing for 10 – 15 minutes a day.
