About Medical Entrance Exam
NEET
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is an entrance exam in India
for students who wish to graduate/postgraduate in government medical colleges.
NEET-UG (Undergraduate) for MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery)
and BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) is conducted by the CBSE (Central Board of
Secondary Education). Hence all government and private medical colleges
consider the NEET score for admissions. This entrance exam is conducted once in
a year generally in the first week of May.
